Return Policy

If at any time within 30 days of your purchase you are not 100% satisfied, you may send your purchase back for a full refund or store credit for the price paid for the merchandise. 

Wrong or Defective Product

If you discover an error with your order or a receive a defective product, please get in touch immediately so we can make it right!

Policy on Returns

If merchandise is returned in BRAND NEW condition (including the original product packaging) within 30 days of purchase, a credit for the cost of the merchandise will be issued to the original credit card used for purchasing the item(s) or you can choose to receive a store credit. If the return is the result of our error (we shipped the wrong product or the item is defective), we will provide a full refund including shipping charges for the wrong or defective items. Unfortunately, shipping charges can not be refunded unless we shipped the wrong product or the item is defective or damaged.

Event & Workshop Ticket Policy

We want your visit to Tumalo Lavender to go smoothly, so here’s what to know about cancellations, rescheduling, and transfers for workshops and events.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the workshop are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable. Please  contact us with any questions or to inquire about a refund.

If We Need to Reschedule
On occasion, weather or other circumstances may require us to reschedule a workshop. If that happens, we’ll either move your ticket to the new date or issue a full refund — your choice.

Transfers

Can’t make it? You’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else — just let us know who will be attending in your place so we can update our records.
