In this recipe, we'll guide you through creating a delectable Lavender Rosemary Focaccia Bread that not only fills your kitchen with an enticing aroma but also promises a symphony of flavors in every bite.

In addition to our Lavender Rosemary Focaccia Bread Mix you will need: Butter, Olive Oil, Parmesan Cheese, Water, and optional toppings like cherry tomatoes.

For the Focaccia:

For the Lavender Rosemary Topping:

  • 1 Lavender Rosemary Topping packet
  • 2 Tbs melted butter
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Optional Toppings:

  • Chopped garlic
  • Kosher sea salt
  • Cracked pepper
  • Cherry tomatoes

  1. Preheat Your Oven:

    • Set your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing it to preheat while you prepare the dough.

  2. Prepare the Focaccia Dough:

    • In a bowl, combine 1 cup warm water, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and the bread mix.
    • Mix the ingredients thoroughly, then transfer the dough to a floured surface.
    • Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
    • Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover it, and let it rise for approximately 45 minutes or until it doubles in size.

  3. Shape and Oil the Dough:

    • Oil a large baking sheet.
    • Transfer the risen dough onto the prepared sheet and press it out to a 1/2-inch round thickness, making dimples in the dough.

  4. Prepare the Lavender Rosemary Topping:

    • Mix the Lavender Rosemary Topping packet with 2 tablespoons melted butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
    • Brush this fragrant mixture evenly over the surface of the dough.
    • Sprinkle 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese on top.

  5. Optional Toppings:

    • If you prefer a different flavor profile, consider topping your focaccia with chopped garlic, Kosher sea salt, cracked pepper, or even fresh cherry tomatoes for a burst of sweetness.

  6. Let It Rise Again:

    • Allow the prepared focaccia to rise for an additional 20-30 minutes.

  7. Bake to Golden Perfection:

    • Bake the focaccia in the preheated oven for 20-22 minutes or until it achieves a golden brown hue.

  8. Cool and Enjoy:

    • Once baked, transfer the focaccia to a wire rack and let it cool slightly before slicing.
