How do I redeem my Loyalty Points?

If you are on-line, login to your account before you shop. At checkout you will have the option of using your points so long as we are not in a promotion. You must have an account.

Even though you may have shopped in store (or online) before, there is a chance you have never formally created an account on our website. Yes, even you get our emails about your points balance! Click on “Earn Loyalty Points” on our website on the Wild Points page and be sure to use the same email you have used in store.

Do Loyalty Points expire?

At this time, they do not expire.

What happens to my points if I make a return?

All points will be deducted from your account if a product is returned.

Can I transfer my Loyalty Points to someone else?

Loyalty points are non-transferable. They are intended for individual use and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
